Iraqi-American, Rommy Najor, began his love for art and fashion in his hometown of Detroit. Growing up he was always pulled towards fashion magazines as well as high glamoured women in television and film. While attending art school in Chicago, Rommy experimented with different mediums that led him back to those familiar glossy pages of his youth. Ultimately helping him discover the art of makeup. With his new found love, Rommy moved to New York City where he assisted make-up legends Diane Kendal, Kabuki, and Lucia Pieroni.
Rommy’s work can now be found in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour, Interview, and V Magazine. His celebrity clients include Hilary Duff, Marina Abramovic, Charli XCX, Sarita Choudhury, and Annette Bening.
